HS Roundup 12/17: Fairmont rides hot start to win against Mason

Madison Bartley and Madeline Westbeld paced the Fairmont girls basketball squad in a 60-41 win versus Mason on Monday.

Bartley shot 10-of-11 from the field and 6-of-7 from the foul line to finish with 26 points. Bartley also had eight rebounds and Westbeld tacked on 12 points.

Alanna Carter and Sammie Puisis put up 14 points apiece for Mason.

Girls Basketball

Arcanum 55, Butler 45: Hailey Unger poured in 27 points and Camille Pohl added 11 for Arcanum. Olivia Follick finished with 13 points for Butler.

Bradford 78, Northridge 25: Skipp Miller scored 20 points and Bianca Keener 19 for Bradford. Leslie Lane led Northridge with 12 points.

Dayton Christian 60, Jefferson 1: Camryn Collinsworth tallied 25 points for DC in the blowout win.

Fort Recovery 40, St. Marys 28: Olivia Patch put up 14 points and Brooke Kahlig 10 for Fort Recovery. Carly Caywood scored 11 points for St. Marys.

Hamilton 53, Edgewood 35: CiCi Riggins recorded 25 points with eight rebounds and Anna Cardwell hauled in 12 boards for Hamilton.

Legacy Christian 49, Greeneview 32: Emma Hess had 24 points and Kathleen Ahner 10 to lead Legacy.

Tri-Village 54, Madison 27: Lissa Siler scored 16 points, Maddie Downing 11 and Meghan Downing 10 to lead Tri-Village.

Valley View 71, Talawanda 24: Chloe Smith scored 23 points and Aubrey Stupp added 17, including her 1,000th career point, to lead Valley View.

Versailles 63, Lima Bath 41: Versailles had 10 players record points, led by Elizabeth Ording with 12.
