The Cleveland Browns will be first at least once this year in the NFL.

They are set to kick off the NFL Network’s coverage of the preseason Aug. 9 when they take on the New York Giants.

That game, the first of 15 to be shown live by NFLN this preseason, will include the top two picks in the last NFL draft — Cleveland's Baker Mayfield and Saquon Barkley of the Giants.

The Browns will also be on NFLN when they host the Bills on Aug. 17 and Aug. 30 when they face the Lions in Detroit.

(NFLN games also carried on local affiliates will be blacked out in their home markets.)

NFL draft reaction: Browns, Ravens make bold moves while Bengals play it safe

Cleveland’s Aug. 23 home game against the defending Super Bowl champion Eagles was previously announced as a Fox national broadcast, so it’s safe to say the country will be getting to see a lot of Hue Jackson’s team next month. (They will be on HBO’s Hard Knocks, too.)

Guess that's what happens when you take the Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback No. 1 in the draft.

The Bengals will be on the league’s network when they play the Cowboys on Aug. 18, and their Aug. 26 game at Buffalo will be on Fox.
