Linh’s owners, Hoa and Phan Nguyen, fled Vietnam with their young daughters in 1983. They opened Linh’s Restaurant in 2007, specializing in many varieties of pho, a broth-based soup, and serving many other Vietnamese and other Asian specialties. The restaurant moved to its current location in the Page Manor Shopping Center in 2013 and became Linh’s Bistro.
